The Greater Nashville Chapter is a Non-Profit Organization and must depend on Fundraising Events to aid with associated costs
incurred by the Chapter.
Support of our Fundraising Events is vital to our success. We are deeply appreciative to everyone that
has supported our Events. Please let us know any event that you would like for us to promote. Contact our Director of Fundrasing with your ideas. What a great chapter we have…and what great things we can do! To help us out, we have a fundraising area of our chapter. A lot of people wonder exactly what the fundraising is used for and why we even need to do fundraising. Hopefully, all your questions will be answered here…
The answer to this is EASY! We choose to fundraise because we are a not for profit organization. We love our members, and want to help ensure that we can keep costs low for them for the different activities we offer during the year.
Our fall fundraiser was hosting GNC satellite yard sales…unfortunately, we did not get very many volunteers for the satellite yard sales as hoped for, and we had to postpone the date due to rain. The yard sales were held last Saturday, and raised a total of $200.00 for our chapter. We try to present four fundraising ideas per year, or at least one for spring and one for fall. Again, please forward your thoughts, ideas, comments or questions about fundraising events for our chapter to our fundraising coordinator.
